a Sugar Heart for us Both


What a great Valentines this year. The weather was great and we managed to explore some of the city and found an amazing photo stop with the wall of flowers. We found a place to play some laser tag and brunch a great farm to market restaurant, Whiskey Cake. You can see Michael Paul having a fancy Juice called the Jessica Wabbit. It's refreshing and delicious.


For dinner we made some steaks with blue cheese and mushrooms and steamed cauliflower. We added some paprika to bring out some red in the dish. Michael Paul made dessert the day before making some candied apples with caramel, white chocolate and pink sprinkles. He called them "Sugar Hearts". And they were delicious. We shared some of the extras with his parents and they have already asked for another. It was truly a magical day.
